An anti-fashion film

Marjanne van Helvert (Dirty Design) focusses on sustainability with a critical view on mass-production, using textile as her media. Her collection FADE to BLACK is inspired by an apocalyptic end of wealth and a return to the nostalgia of a hunter / gatherer society in which we find materials and create with what is already there.

This film was selected by the Fashion Clash Film Festival Maastricht NL in 2015.
